Boasting a prime south facing location on an elite residential estate just outside of the main town of Gandia. The house is on 3 levels with double glazing, central heating, air conditioning etc. Boasting magnificent views over the orange groves to the mountains nearby. The house briefly comprises of: Ground floor: Large open patio with outside dining facilities with 10 seats, garage, hall, lounge containing stereo with FM, CD and mp3/ipod input (bring your own music), dining room with 10 seats, kitchen with glass-ceramic hob, 2 double bedrooms and 1 luxury bathroom. Middle floor: Lounge with LCD-TV, UK satellite channels (SKY), VCR, DVD player, Xbox+games, double master bedroom with office and en suite luxury bathroom having circular Jacuzzi bath, triple bedroom (children) and a sun terrace. Under build: Independent accommodation with large lounge/dining room with futon sofa/bed, laundry room, shower room and double bedroom. Outside is the swimming pool & surrounding sun patio.
