Villa Falconera is a modern villa on a quiet country lane running through a valley of orange groves. 20 minutes easy drive to one of the best beaches in Spain , 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Gandia, we enjoy panoramic mountain views in all directions A huge advantage of this villa is the spacious shaded terrace which extends 100ft. around the south and west sides of the villa: plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoors without worrying too much about sunburn. There is also a large BBQ area shaded with vines and flood-lit for romantic evening dining, together with an outdoor 'summer' kitchen. The 10x6 pool is also flood-lit and has a security gate for children and a pool-side shower. Maximum depth 1.6m. The garden is level and spacious with ample parking. Inside, the villa has a large lounge with dining area, fireplace and satellite TV; 3 good-sized bedrooms; (the 2 doubles have air conditioning); 1 en-suite shower room, 1 bathroom and a fully-fitted kitchen

Nearby Oliva (20 minutes) offers a charming Friday market, a flamenco restaurant and unspoilt sand-dune backed beaches, famous for their romantic summer beach bars, or ´chiringuitos´. Oliva also offers a top class golf resort. Take the train to the heart of Valencia, Spain´s 3rd city for its fabulous cathedral, stunning squares, famous food market and the modern City of Arts & Sciences Museum. At Oliva connect to the E7 motorway for easy access to the Costa Blanca resorts of Javea and Denia and a wide range of attractions including Aqualandia and Terra Mitica. Locally, the villa is less than 10 minutes drive to the friendly village of Palma for essential shopping and walking distance to 5 bar/restaurants serving Spanish food at very reasonable prices.

We supply two BBQ's: a gas model on the terrace plus a charcoal BBQ (for the traditionalist!) adjacent to the vine-covered dining area. (Help yourself to the grapes...) Previous guests have also had a lot of fun with the full-size table tennis table which is on one side of the terrace. Our satellite television offers a good range of British tv and radio programmes, including BBC 1, Channel 4 and CNN (also Spanish tv if required).
