Amazing plot, great villa, beautiful surroundings

This villa is definitely worth booking. The description on the website was accurate, the owner's communication exemplary, and the local agents friendly and very helpful.
On a huge plot of land, the villa is a good size and comfortable, with a clean pool, beautiful views from the verandah, trees providing shade where needed, relaxing hammocks, and a trampoline that kept three children very happy. Don't tell the owner, but we arrived at the end of the orange season and also enjoyed eating and juicing free oranges for two weeks...
Inside, the kitchen was fairly well stocked and the appliances worked well. We had a couple of problems with the cylinder-gas-driven water-heating. I understand these systems are sometimes unreliable. Fortunately the two bathrooms are heated separately, so one was always functional, and the problems were sorted promptly by the agent, so our stay was not spoiled by this in any way.
The area is well worth a visit, with Xativa castle and Bocairent village (plus caves) the highlights. We also enjoyed walking around the new developments in Valencia.
To summarise, just book it!
