3 Good bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms,sleeps 6. Amazing views.

The wonderful Vista Gloriosa sits on a ridge close to the authentic Spanish village of Godelleta overlooking a magnificent unspoilt valley. The villa is set in substantial private gardens with terraces and pool. It is a short drive or train ride to Valencia city. The house is modern and built to a high standard. The large open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge has flat screen satellite TV, DVD, stereo MP3/CD player. Kitchen has fridge-freezer, Smeg dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. Quality fitted wardrobes are in all bedrooms. A variety of splendid patio furniture and sunloungers are available on the three terraces and separate pool area, plus a BBQ. There are two stylish, modern bathrooms. One en-suite and one family bathroom. One has a large walk in shower, the other has a bath with shower. Always top of the feedback list from guests though, is the glorious unspoilt view over the oranges groves and vineyards to the mountains beyond. Use of house, gardens and pool is exclusive.

Vista Gloriosa sits in a stunning setting, nestling in the Valencian hills in tne hamlet of 'Loma de los Caballeros'. 3 mins drive to the authentic Spanish village of Godelleta for bars and basic shops. 5 mins drive to the town of Chiva with supermarkets, restaurants and wider facilities including railway station. Park here for free and for 2 euros take the train to the stunning nearby city of Valencia (about 30 mins). Visit the historic centre or the amazing new 'City of Arts & Science'. Wander through the astounding Jardin del Turia, not so much a park, more a world of opportunities, but once a riverbed! Alternatively, drive inland to the spectacular nearby mountains and lakes. Or perhaps play a round of golf at the nearby El Bosque championship course. Or you may prefer the Bonaire Centre with shops, Cinemas, Bowling, Restaurants - think Bluewater! Also, the Valencia (Ricardo Tormo) MotoGP Circuit is minutes away and the F1 GrandPrix is easy too. The choice is yours.

Additional information about rental rates

  • DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT: 25% of the fee is payable upon booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before the visit. A £200 returnable security deposit is requested which is returned after your stay. Payment from outside the UK is easily made by international bank transfer. Payment can also be made in Euros. Ask for a quote.
  • LAUNDRY AND CLEANING: A cash fee is payable locally by each visiting group to 'Casacaretakers' for the provision of fresh towels, fresh bedding, final cleaning and the initial Meet and Greet Facility. This is a fixed single charge, irrespective of group size or length of stay and has been subsidized by the owners. For arrivals September to June the charge is €45 (approx £37GBP); for arrivals in July and August the charge is €75 (approx £62GBP).

Notes: CHILDREN - Extremely welcome, however, the unguarded stairs and pool make it unsuited to under 5s. THE COOKER is a high quality gas range with oven, grill and 5 hobs. The kitchen has a full range of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, gadgets, etc.THE GARDEN - Vista Gloriosa has substantial grounds with a variety of trees and ornamental beds. There is an upper terrace with splendid views and a much larger lower terrace with picnic table and chairs for six. In addition there is a gravel garden, rockery, gated parking for 8 cars and of course, the private outdoor pool and surrounding terrace.

Beautiful Villa with stunning views

We had a wonderful time in your superbly appointed villa. We used the property as a base to explore Valencia and the surrouding area and it was always a pleasure to return to and spend delightful evenings by the pool watching the sun go down over the fantastic views with a bottle of Rioja! Whilst rather cold this time of year, when the temperatures were in the high 20s (a few days) the kids were able to use the pool in the evening after it had ben warmed during the day.

We have just come back from a lovely relaxed week at La Vista Gloriosa.

We were a couple and loved it's wonderful view (lives up to the name!!) and outdoor pool area ... Loads of space to relax in the sun or shade.

We did lots of cooking in the modern spacious kitchen, drank fantastic cheap local wine on the terrace and slept like logs!!

Would definitely go back again, it could be perfect for a group of friends (3 big bedrooms) or with family ... Was perfect for a couple too ... !!

Thank you for a wonderful stay, again, in Vista Gloriosa!

The place is as stunning as ever and we couldn’t have asked for better weather – just as London becomes cold and gloomy!

We spent most of the time lounging by the pool but also this time ventured to Requena, as well as the usual spots in the City & at Malvarossa beach.

perfect place for relaxing

We spent a week at Vista gloriosa in May 2011 and what a wonderful time!!
The fantastic views, the house, the facilities and tranquility, everything was perfect; we coulnd't ask for a better location to spend a family / romantic holiday. valencia is 30 drive (arrive in the center) and there are great 2 lakes and a cascade.

You will not be disapointed. great value.

Very clean and modern accommodations with easy access to Valencia as well as local surrounding villages. Will surpass your expectations.
