A fantastic villa In La Font Deh Carros. Set at the feet of beautiful mountains and orange groves and just 15 mins by car to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva and Gandia. Just 10 mins from the main A7 motorway. The villa is set in lush Mediterranean gardens and its own orange grove. This large villa is split into 2 villas, I occupy the ground floor and & the top floor is for rental. Both villas are totally private with separate entrances. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one full bathroom, shower room +wc, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, large sunny lounge dinning room with fantastic views and an open fire place for those winter evenings. TV with video access. Large private terrace with outside table for eating. The garden is dominated by 12 seater stone table and shaded by palm trees, the perfect place to relax or make the most of the outside kitchen & BBQ area. Large private pool with stunning mountain views. Sun beds and umbrellas are supplied around the pool area.

La Font Deh Carros is a small very typical Spanish village and would suit those that want to visit the real Spain. The villa is a 10 min walk to the centre of the village which has many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We are in the Safor mountain range so perfect for walkers and nature lovers and only 10 min drive to the golden sandy beaches of Oliva & its historic old town. Oliva Nova Golf with its 18 hole course designed by Sebi Balistaros is 15 mins away. Gandia is 15 mins away and offers superb shopping, restaurants, wonderful squares and is steeped in history. Being just 10 mins from the A7 makes Alicante, Valencia, Javia & Benidorm with its night life and theme parks very easily accessible. It also makes the villa perfect for house hunters with easy access to all areas.

Notes: There is a fantastic red Boxer dog that lives with me in the Villa down stairs. She is very loving and loves people. I have found that she has captured the hearts of all that have stayed at Villa Flora in the past, including people that were not dog lovers before. I also have two lovely cats, it's not unusual to find them cuddled up with the dog somewhere around the gardens, enjoying the sun or playing together. Private pool will be available from April to mid October depending on weather. An extra charge will be made for wood for those wanting a log fire in the winter.

We have had two wonderful holidays at the Villa, which is in a very good location,easy access to Font den Carros with bars and restaurants. Heather, Chrisos and pets made us very welcome. Heather does a good job in maintaining the lovely villa and everything is provided for. On arrival the first time Heather made us feel at home and the second holiday felt as if we had come home. The swimming pool is gorgeous with ample umbrellas to shade the area if needed and is set apart from the gardens with fruit trees and barbecue area. To explore the surrounding area, going to beaches and Oliva and further, a car is essential. We will be looking forward to our third visit.

What a wonderful peice of parradise

Myself, my Husband and several friends have been to the Villa Flora on a number of occasions now and never tier of it's beauty as you can tell by the photos,it's always spotless and it's great to see the little improvements and changes that have been made since our last visit.
Were always greeted with a warm welcome from Hev, Criso and her brilliant Dog Karma, even the cats come and say hello.
Its lovely to find the fridge stocked with some basics so you can begin your holiday straight away and brows through the many leaflets of sights and places to visit in the area that Hev surplys,I can recommend the caves there amassing and the water park is great fun.Take some sturdy foot wear with you as there are wonderful river walks not far away and the mountains to explore
I can never resist diving straight in to the wonderful pool as soon as we arrive with the beautiful mountains as a back drop,within minuets your so relaxed.
We have had many BBQ's eaten on the huge marble table in the lush gardens and love to cook on the outside kitchen.although there are many restaurants not far away and take outs.The sea food down on Oliva beach is great and Bar central does a fab pizza and tapas.
I would recommend you hire a car and go sample the amassing beaches which are just a 10 minuet drive and stretch for miles,sometimes you feel you have a privet beach to yourself! Valencia is also a must,cool shops and wonderful restaurants and bars,it takes about 45 minuets by train and is well worth it.
If you fancy some clubbing Benidorm is only 45 minuets in the other direction, and although can be slightly tacky it's a great laugh, and nice to have a real piece of Spain to return too.
And when you don't want to drive or travel it's great to have the local bars just a stroll down to the village and a stagger back up!
I've always found Hev to be the perfect hostess,as she is on hand for advise if its needed but you wouldn't know she and her son were there any other time.
I would defiantly recommend this wonderful villa and area.It would appeal to Family's, walkers, or just as a chilling out break. We can't wait to go back!

Throughout the booking process and during our stay at her villa, the owner could not have been more helpful.We enjoyed privacy - but with the comfort of knowing that help and good advice would be available if we needed it.
The villa was spacious and well equipped and we felt that it offered really good value for money.The location provided good opportunities for walking or driving to explore a lovely and varied part of the country.We spent only a week there in the Autumn,but felt genuinely welcome and comfortable at the villa.We also really enjoyed being part of the friendly local community during our stay.
