Detached 3 bedroom villa, set in an acre of mature gardens, with a private swimming pool. The property is fully walled / fenced with parking for several cars. The lounge has air conditioning and there is a separate dining room. There's satellite TV and a Hi-Fi. The large terrace looks out to the valley and distant mountains. The swimming pool has Roman steps & filteration. Next to the pool there is a sunbathing area. At the other end of the garden there's an area amongst the trees for those desiring shade. A summer kitchen for BBQs. The peaceful gardens attract bird life such as hoopoes, bee-eaters etc. Situated within a small & select urbanisation with a private tennis club. Located approx. 3km outside the historic town of Ontinyent where there are several supermarkets and numerous cafe bars and restaurants. An opportunity to enjoy Spain with Spanish prices without the commercialism of the coastal area. Ontinyent is just a 35 min drive to the award winning sandy beaches of Gandia

This means that you can relax a while, before the need to go shopping. Should you require certain groceries, we will gladly purchase these on your behalf, subject to prior arrangement. Well behaved pets are welcome.
