Located in a beautiful 200 year old building in the fashionable Raval area of the old city, close to the new Museum of Contemporary Art and the Camper Hotel and just a minute's walk from the Ramblas, this apartment has been stylishly renovated to a very high standard. The apartment will appeal to anyone looking to find somewhere with the space, privacy, and individuality of your own home in the heart of the city with the luxury, style and attention to detail of a boutique hotel. The accommodation comprises spacious living /dining room with original floor tiles and floor to ceiling french doors onto small balcony; modern galley kitchen; spacious modern bathroom with walk-in power shower; and quiet bedroom at the rear. (The living room sofa can sleep 2 small children under 8 years of age and additional bedding is available, if necessary). The apartment has air-conditioning and heating throughout.

A really fabulous and comfortable apartment

We had a great holiday in this apartment. It was exactly as described in the listing and we had a really comfortable stay. The location was great, very central and the sitting room balcony was great for a bit of people watching. The bedroom was at the rear so even though we were right next to the Ramblas it was quiet for sleeping. For a one one bedroom apartment it felt spacious as the space was designed well and it was certainly good value for money. We would certainly rent the apartment again if we were visiting Barcelona. Staying Cool as a company were very easy to get in contact with and queries were answered promptly. Highly Recommended.
