Notes: The restoration of the building was finalised in July 2002 and includes the installation of an elevator that leads directly into the air-conditioned apartment with its beautiful original wooden beams. Two balconies with colourful flowers facing pedestrian streets fill the apartment with warm Mediterranean light. The apartment offers the exclusive use of a large terrace on the roof of the building with a wonderful view of the city, including the Cathedral of Barcelona, the church of “Santa Maria del Mar” and the Tibidabo. The apartment is excellently located in a quite part of the “Born”, next to the “Convent de San Agustí”, the Chocolate Museum, and a stone’s throw away from the Picasso Museum and the famous “Parc de la Ciutadella”. The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa-bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities.
