This extraordinary designer Penthouse is located in the street Sant Pau, just 200 m from the Ramblas. This apartment has recently been renovated combining new appliances with antique furniture to give it a comfortable feel. This flat is full of sunshine and extremely tranquil. The lift gives you direct access to the Penthouse where three bathrooms, two kitchens, and three bedrooms all await you in a duplex with a spectacular rooftop private terrace! At the front of the building are situated two bedrooms. Each bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms are connected with a balcony. At the back of the building there are a terrace and the dining room containing two double sofa beds. From the kitchen there is a staircase leading up to the attic with its large terraces and airy bedroom. The attic part also has its own kitchen, bathroom. It contains two single beds and double sofa bed, a terrace at each end of it and an additional roof terrace on top of it (it is solarium with splendid city views)
