Situated in a Modernist building completely reformed at the beginning of 2003 offering balcony views of the famous Las Ramblas in one direction and Portal de l’Angel in the other. Bathed in natural light, this loft, the Modernist 1, is on the first floor (with elevator). It has the capacity for up to four people in its 55 square meters with the following distribution: one bed area with a queen size bed, a full bath, a kitchen and a large dining / living room with 2 sofa beds. All the installations of the loft are completely new: air conditioning, heating, TV, stereo system with CD, telephone, iron, oven and microwave. There’s also a parquet floor. WiFi available.
