The apartment has been completely renewed, refurbished and decorated keeping the old style with the restored wooden doors and the original ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Nice and comfortable living area divided into two spaces, dining room and living room. Rooms contain 8 single real beds (no sofa or others) and 1 double bed. Dining table for 10 and kitchen fully equipped. Two full bathroom with shower. One covered patio for breakfast Internet ADSL wireless free connexion 1 Mega, Refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking. Colour TV, Video , DVD, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linens are provided.   • All bedrooms are exterior, with windows oriented to the Pasaje del Reloj street. Being a first floor in the Gotico, well known for its narrow streets, rooms are light only at mid day. They are all just painted, and each one has ca base color; Orange, Green, Purple, Yellow and Blue. The style is romantic, with lots of items made of wicker, forged iron, etc The rooms have been completely renewed refurbished and decorated keeping the old style with the restored wooden doors and the original ceilings with exposed wooden beams

CONDITIONS: VISA PAYMENT ACCEPTED

HOW TO GET THERE: Some tips with regards to the transport means from airport to the apartment There is good shutlle service called Aerobus and runs normally every 15 mins. It will then take you to the city centre where you can alight at Placa de Cataluna in the city centre. From there you can catch the metro. (or walk 20 minutes) and get off in Drassanes , green line Once you get off from the Metro, you will see the statue of Colon. Opposite to this, you need to walk 10 minutes up in Las Ramblas street, turn right (you will see COSMOS restaurant in the corner) in Escudellers street and in 200 m, at the end of the street you will see a big iron gate where it is written 'Pasaje del Reloj' (before LA CONCHA Restaurant). You are already there! Taxi will cost you from around 25-30 Eur to get to the apartment (20 minutes depending on traffic conditions and only 4 passengers)

Other Activities: Lots of cultural points of interest, museums, bars, restaurants, shopping...

I stayed at this apartment with my family during the summer. It was great, tons of room so everybody had their own space. Excellent location, I would say it's the most exciting part of the city. It's a great place to stay if you want to really experience Barcelona.

Tres bel appartement spacieux rénové dans vieil immeuble mal insonorisé.
Tres bien placé/centre.Ideal pour plusieurs familles (nous etions 10 avec 6 enfants).
Proprietaire disponible et arrangeant au telephone et par email .Parking voiture couvert et gardé tres proche a 20 Euro/jour.
Seuls petits points negatifs:1 seul lit double/pas de lave vaisselle et proximité avec le voisinage (mieux vaut laisser les rideaux tres jolis fermés)..
En resumé:nous etions tres contents de notre sejour dans cet appartement.

I've stayed in three apartments in Barcelona and this was the prettiest. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were very nice and well-equipped.Location very central

Très bel appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, bien situé pour la plage et les sorties! Nous avons également beaucoup aimé l'accueil et beaucoup de disponibilités de la part des propriétaires! Merci Carlos et Monica nous en gardons un bon souvenir

The apartment was great. Clean, nice and very confortable. The situation in the old heart of Barcelona is amazing and very convenient to explore the Gotic part of the City, the beach and to go out at night.
