The family flat is located in the Barceloneta, the area of Barcelona’s very own beach and marina and currently the most sought-after part of the city. Some of Barcelona’s oldest and best seafood restaurants and tapas bars can be found in the quaint old streets of this very happening part of town, where tourists and yuppies rub shoulders with elderly residents, some of whom will recall when the Barceloneta was a fisherman’s village where you could eat fried fish and drink sangria in humble shacks right on the beach. The flat is very central. It is two minute walk to the tube station (Barceloneta- Line 4) and bus stops. The city centre (Plaça Catalunya) is a 10 minute bus or tube journey from here , or about half an hour away, on foot. Within walking distance, there are many opportunities for family entertainment

  • The flat is suitable for rental to families, sleeping a maximum of 6. Guests will be expected to follow the norms of good behavior among Spanish neighbours. They will be expected to sign a contract on arrival and leave a deposit of 200 euros cash against breakage, returnable at check out. A copy of the contract will be sent to guests with confirmation of a reservation. You can confirm your reservation by forwarding one night’s rental. The rental fee is charged at a flat rate. There is no minimum stay or cleaning charge. We can arrange cleaning and/ or babysitting services for you during your stay.
