Food market and supermarket at 100m distance. Very well connected: close to bus-station Estació del Nord and train station Arc de Triomf. Bull-fighting square Plaza de toros Monumental at 200meters. Near the city center and Born area (perfect to come back walking at night, specially if you don't find a taxi!). Perfect to live every day a different experience in Barcelona and surroundings (Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, country-side).

This makes an excellent location for visitors who want to go shopping, sight-seeing and in the night going out and come back walking (it is difficult to catch a taxi at night in the center).
