  FOR 3-4 sharing, THE PRICES ARE:
  2008 - £120 PER NIGHT AND 2009 £130.00 PER NIGHT
  FOR 5-6 sharing: THE PRICES ARE:

  10% discount is given to week long bookings (7 days).
  Prices for Xmas - 19TH DECEMBER UNTIL 4TH JAN are:

• TO BOOK:
  70% Is due at time of booking by bank transfer TO A SPANISH BANK ACCOUNT.
  The remaining 30% is to be paid in CASH on arrival to the meeter and greeter in EUROS.
  A further 55.00 gbp is also required in cash in Euros, this is for the meet and greet fee and for the cleaning including all linen and towels.
  Finally a security deposit of 200 euros is required this is to be given to the meet and greeter in cash. It will be returned on check out should there be no damages.
  The meeter and greeter is English, she has lived in Barcelona for a number of years and can provide in-valuable local knowledge of shops, restaurants, bars, day-trips and she will show you around the apartment and ensure that you are settled and answer any questions.
