The 4th floor apartment is ideally located, set back just a stones throw from the sea-front and marina. The sea-front itself along with the quaint narrow back streets offer up an array of typically Catalan and seafood restaurants and small local shops, with a supermarket strategically placed opposite the apartment. The nearest sandy beaches are a short walk away whilst an easy car ride reveals many more beaches and craggy coves leading onto the famous Ebro Delta. This is the home of countless migratory birds and where the local 'paella' rice is grown. The apartment consists of lounge, kitchen, shower room and toilet, entrance hall and two bedrooms. There is a euro-satellite TV, DVD, CD player and a small balcony where you can sit out with your glass of Sangria and look out across the marina and cool blue Mediterranean towards the delta and beyond.

  • Prices quoted are for a 7 night stay, shorter stays can be accommodated. There is a 25% deposit to confirm your booking, with the outstanding amount payable on arrival. Rental rates include electricity and water consumption but exclude an administration and cleaning charge of 50 Euros per rental. A 100 euro security deposit is required on arrival and reimbursed less any agreed breakages when you depart.

Notes: The apartment is accessible by a communal secure door and a staircase only. (Sorry, no lift). The streets surrounding the apartment offer plenty of street parking especially out of season. The balcony has two outdoor chairs and a small table. L'Ampolla has a sports centre where there is a large outdoor swimming pool which is open during the summer season (June to the end of August). The beach is only 300 metres away. Towels are not provided.
