The apartment is located on the first floor which is accessed via stairs or a lift and has one twin and one double bedroom the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate shower room, there is a kitchen and a large lounge/diner with sliding patio doors leading to the terrace which overlooks Isla Canela Marina, the apartment comfortably sleeps four adults and there is also two children’s air beds are available if required, the beach is only a 5 minute walk from the property with a vast sandy beach and several beach bars.

GOLF - Isla Canela is the perfect location for a relaxing golf break, situated 10 minutes from the Portuguese border you will have easy access to the award winning courses of the Algarve including Villamoura's 'Vila Sol' (approx 50 mins) closer to home you will find Isla Canela's own course as well as the challenging 'Castro Marim' course with it's beautiful views of the Atlantic.

Local dining: There are three four star hotels and a newly opened spa hotel offering a wide range of beauty treatments situated close by which offer local and international cuisine to non residents at a reasonable price they also have comfortable bar and lounge areas, the Marina itself offers a variety of bars and restaurants as well as the small fishing village of Punta de Moral on the opposite side of the Marina ready to serve you the 'catch of the day'.

Ayamonte: A short drive takes you to the beautiful Spanish town of Ayamonte which offers a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, here you will also find a Saturday market as well as a daily fruit, fish and vegetable market held in the town square.

Golf: Isla Canela Golf course has 18 holes, the ground being characterised by gentle slopes formed by dunes and a beautiful countryside with olive, orange and eucalyptus trees. The design of the holes combines precision, strength and dexterity in their proper proportions. The Golf Club is located between the Isla Canela beach and Ayamonte. Its 18-hole course and the future creation of another new one with the same features, its perfect communication by means of the airports at Faro (Portugal) and Seville, a modern road network, and a privileged climate with an average temperature of 20ºC, make Isla Canela a privileged destination for Golf tourism. The Clubhouse has all the facilities necessary to make your time there as comfortable and pleasant as possible: A magnificent restaurant with à la carte service where you can enjoy the typically Andalusian cuisine, a Lounge Bar, a Golf Shop specialising in everything necessary for the practice of this sport, a Swimming pool, and some magnificent terraces where you can relax and enjoy the countryside. For the novice, there is a permanent golf school, which allows you to develop more quickly in this sport.

We had a lovely time in Isla Canela it was ideal for the kids with the pool and beach just a few minutes walk away, we would recommend guests to hire a car to make the most of the surrounding area - driving was easy as the roads are very well signposted and fairly quiet, we will definitely be returning next year - Mr and Mrs Page - Essex.

We has a great holiday in isla canela the kids used the pool everyday and we found the locals to be very welcoming. Mr and Mrs Kennedy - Chelmsford.

Would recommend this resort to anyone - marina, pool and beach all on your doorstep and an apartment equipt will all mod cons it's like a home from home ! - Mr and Mrs Whipps - Cambridge.

PROS:
Nice apartment well equiped.
On a very nice area, very well and conveniently located. Very useful garage parking place
Very reasonable price.
CONS:
Apartment cleaning definitely not good.
Small problem entering the apt (because nobody told us the apt number when keys were delivered and the number on the key holder did not correspond to the apt number!)
Swimming pool keeper and some condo residents were letting outside people in to the swimming pool!
OVERALL: definitely recommend it but suggest to improve the apt cleaning
