This large apartment is on the ground floor and has a huge terrace overlooking the 7th fairway of the golf course. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom faces the golf course and the second bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens. Both the ensuite in the master bedroom and the main bathroom have a bath with a shower, WC, bidet and built in wash hand basin. There is a second terrace off the second bedroom. In the lounge there is a sofa bed if required. There is a large separate, fully equipped kitchen and a utility area. The living room has a sofa and two chairs, a dining table and six chairs. There is a TV, stereo, DVD, and satellite TV. There is also a high chair and baby travel cot ready for use. There is excellent storage in the kitchen, hall and in the bedrooms with built -in wardrobes with sliding doors. The pool area has a life guard on duty during the summer season. There are two pools with shower and WC facilities. There is a playground with swings and a slide.

The El Rincon del Golf apartments are situated in the Spanish Algarve, on the resort island of Isla Canela. The apartment is beside Ayamonte which is the town on the Spanish and Portuguese border. Isla Canela is famous for its fantastic golden sandy beach over 7km long, its beautiful promenade, beach restaurants, water sports and golf. Ayamonte is a traditional Andalucian town with narrow streets, squares shaded by palm trees and many fine restaurants and cafes. The town is busy throughout the year and in summer families sit out in the squares at night sipping wine, while the children play until well after midnight. The El Rincon del Golf apartments are about 1.5 km from the old town and the sandy beaches. The secure development, with private parking overlooks the Isla Canela golf course.

  • Booking Terms and Conditions

    1. Payment. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required on booking. The balance is payable 56 days 8 weeks before arrival. If a booking is made within 56 days then the full cost is payable on booking.

    2. A Security Deposit of €150 is payable with the balance of the payment. The deposit will be returned when the apartment is left in good condition.

    3. Cancellation charges. If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows

    More than 56 days: deposit
    22 – 56 days: 60%
    8 – 21 days: 75%
    Less than 8 days: 100%

    4. If due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control we cancel your holiday we will refund you any money paid. We unfortunately cannot accept any further liability.

    5. Insurance. We recommend that you have holiday insurance. Lost, stolen and damaged items are not covered by our insurance.

    6. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Notes: The apartment is ideal for a family holiday. There are toys available in the apartment and the entertainment equipment give a welcome break when the sun is at its strongest in the middle of the day. The ground floor location makes it very suitable for young children and also for people with mobility problems. Smoking is only permitted on the terraces. Golfers can enjoy a special discount rate for a round of golf. Clubs are available for hire at a cost of 15 euro for 9 holes. Lessons can be booked and there is a driving range and a practice putting green. It is nice to take a break from the pool and hit a bucket of balls. The clubhouse is good for a drink and people are very friendly. If you like water sports such as kite surfing, you can hire all the equipment down at the beach. The breeze that blows along the beach is ideal for the sport.
