Quietly located one street from Sitges main beaches and in the town centre, this beautiful apartment is on the first floor of a modern four-storey building (with lift). It is built and furnished to a high specification, with central heating and air conditioning, two balconies, and marble floors throughout. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with feather duvets, cotton bedding, and built-in wardrobes. The double bedroom is en-suite, while the twin and single bedrooms share a second bathroom (with shower). The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances including washing machine, and the living room features a dining area, television DVD and CD player. Because of it's location, design, and superb value, it is always full in summer, and receives rave reviews from guests.

Barcelona is easily accessible by train in only 25 minutes, and further afield are the wonderful wineries of the Penedes as well as the historic Monasteries of Poblet of Montserrat.

  • Rate not including Christmas and Easter periods, where high season rate applies. In July and August, weekly changeover date must take place on Saturday. Guests please note that arrival times should be after 3:00pm, and 'check out' on day of departure before 12:00 noon.
  • A 30% deposit by bank transfer in EUROS or BRITISH STERLING will be required at time of booking, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
  • An additional cleaning fee of 30 EUROS per weekly stay will be added to the total rental rate

What a fantastic 9 days. Great weather all the way through ... Fantastic apartment, location is the best. Compared to most of our friends here we were living in pure luxury. We will most definitely be back in the future.

The best food was at ‘Al Fresco’, ‘Tribeca’, and ‘Elephant’. Great to have a washing machine. Luxury! Hans, Paul, Paul, Matt, Frederik ~ Amsterdam ~ May 2003 ----- Lovely apartment, super clean and lots of equipment. Really good location – we enjoyed it all and smashing weather helped. Sitges is a lovely resort, two of us had been before and it was just as good the second time. Everyone is so friendly, the beaches and sea clean and the eating excellent. Thanks.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment in Sitges

We've been to Sitges and stayed in this apartment several times now over the last few years - it's such a fantastic apartment and is in a perfect location for all of the bars and beaches!

The apartment is clean, modern, spacious and well-furnished. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to stay in the beautiful town of Sitges!

After our initial holiday here in 2003, Ross and I rounded up different troops and went back to the "Designer Beach Apartment" in 2008. It had retained all its original features which again were a fantastic draw card, modern with good mod cons and a warm space. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION the proximity to the beach is fantastic and then again for getting out to the bars restaurants and clubs later in the evening (which is also great when your coming home after a long night out). The apartment has a very homely feel, and indeed is a home from home, allowing you to just walk in and start your holiday the moment you arrive. I highly recommend it and can assure you that we will be returning again in 2010, Brent & Pierre, Ross, Ed and Caulfield from London and South Africa.

Lovely Apartment

I have stayed in this apartment 3 times and cannot recommend it enough.It is very well situated near the beaches and the town only 1 minute away but on a quiet street.
In side the apartment there is full air conditioning which is essential in summer and there are 2 bathrooms .The apartment is nicely appointed and very comfortable.If you look at the guest book all the comments are very complimentary.
Both Thomas the owner and Tom the care taker are great to deal with.
In my opinion it is the best apartment that i have stayed in ,in Sitges and i go a lot. Colin .
