The farmhouse is located in a rural countryside near lake of Andalusia, in Iznájar and the surrounding views are breath-taking, lots of wild life to be appreciated on your doorstep. The farmhouse is rustic, is over 100 years old. The farmhouse has been completely reformed to the highest specifications, yet keeping most of the original features such as old olive wood beams and Moorish style doors. It is a perfect place to unwind - relax by the infinity style pool, relax by the patios, fall asleep on the hammock under the huge oak trees or have a swim in the lake Andalusia. Rural, yet it is 10 mins from the spectacular lakeside village of Iznájar, and the farmhouse is within easy reach to explore the treasures of Andalusia – Malaga, Cordoba, Granada & Seville.

It is an ideal location to visit the stunning region known as Sierra Subbética Natural Park in rural Andalusia which has an outstanding natural beauty, rich cultural heritage and diverse history. Iznájar, a beautiful lakeside village is within 10 min drive. There is a sandy beach by the lake Iznájar, it is a perfect place to have a picnic or to enjoy water sports. Iznájar is a beautiful hilltop white washed village overlooking the lake and has many restaurants, bars and small shops. The farmhouse is located in rural Andalusia, yet it is easy to visit major touristic towns, such as the Costa del Sol, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Seville to do the historic sight-seeings. The farmhouse is surrounded by the superb panoramic views, very typical of rural Andalusia - hillsides carpeted with mature olive trees rolling gently across the horizon as far as the eye can reach, or glorious wooded area full of mature oaks where the sightings of Hoopoes and Greenfinches are very frequent.

  • This Finca comprises of a house with 3 bedrooms and an annex with a luxury suite. It is available as separate units or a house and annex sleeping 8 ( up to 10 with sofa bed ). The house has 3 en-suite bedrooms (1 x 2-level double, 1 x twin with terrace & 1 x twin). The luxury annex has an open plan bed/living room with a complete bathroom (bath and shower) and a terrace looking out to the beautiful natural garden. It is a well-appointed and comfortable annex - very airy and spacious. Most of the rooms have original olive wood beams in the ceiling. Windows have wooden shutters that are very typical of the region.

One of the best features of Finca Las Encinas is the numerous outside terraces, all of which are looking out to the breathtaking views: superb panorama of hillsides carpeted with mature olive trees rolling gently across the horizon as far as the eye can reach, or glorious wooded area full of mature oaks where the sightings of Hoopoes and Greenfinches are very frequent. Even on a hot Andalusian summer day, you will find your favourite outside area to relax and to enjoy a glass of cold “Tinto de Verano”. Finca Las Encinas has been completely reformed and refurbished, yet retaining many original features such as exposed beams. Stylishly decorated with antiques and old curios and fully equipped to a high standard. Complete comfort with underfloor heating in winter. And it offers its guests a swimming pool that is so irresistible. It is 8m x 4m in size, the deepest end being 2m. There are a few very wide steps situated in the shallow end of the pool, making an ideal area for small kids.
