This recently renovated farmhouse provides luxury accommodation for the discerning traveller. Situated 2km from the village of Ferreira de Panton, its location is peaceful and tranquil. Its elevated position provides breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside and distant mountains. The beautiful living accommodation is all situated on the first floor, a typical feature of farmhouses in Galicia. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower-room, and 1 twin bedded room. There is also a separate shower-room. The large lounge has a sprung double sofa-bed and features a romantic wood-burning fire. The large kitchen/dining room is equipped to the highest standards. Leading off the kitchen is a breakfast terrace with stunning views. Running along the front of the property is a Galleria, or enclosed sun terrace, which affords outstanding panoramic views.

Ferreira de Panton
In the nearby village of Ferreira de Panton you will find most local amenities; supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, post office, tourist information office. The village also boasts a municipal open-air swimming pool (open during the summer). The river beach at A Cova on the river Mino is a short car drive away. The coast is just over an hours drive away, as is Portugal. The area boasts many local fiestas.
Monforte de Lemos
The nearby town of Monforte de Lemos offers a wider choice of services. Despite its appearance and size, Monforte is in fact a city. A title bestowed on the town in 1885 by King Alfonso XII. It’s most prominent features are the monastery of San Vicente do Pino and the Torre de Homenaxe, both perched high on a hill in the centre of the town dominating the surrounding area. Another building of historic interest is the convent of the Franciscanas Descalzas. Within the convent is the Nais Clarisas museum which contains some of the highest quality religious artifacts in the whole of Spain.
