The house is situated in the stunning development of Green 4 on Nuevo Portil Golf Resort. Green 4 has underground secure parking through electric gates. The house is just 2 minutes from the Golf Hotel and Clubhouse and the Cartaya Playa hotel with Spa. The house is equipped to a very high standard including a fully equipped kitchen, open fire, electric radiators and ceiling fans. The rear garden has beautiful views across the golf course and the terrace makes an ideal spot for al fresco dining by night. The pool is located at the centre of Green 4, there is also padel tennis for the use of guests. The location is suitable for families, golfers or those seeking a relaxing break in the sun. Nuevo Portil has shopping areas close to the beach and another in the fishing village of El Rompido, 5 minutes by car. All these commercial areas contain a wealth of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, chemists and supermarkets.

Location: Huelva Province (Costa de la Luz) in Spain

The beaches at El Portil and Nuevo Portil are stunning, the coast road has various good quality restaurants in prime positions overlooking the beach. There is an excellent golf course and spa facilities at the Cartaya Playa hotel within Nuevo Portil Campo De Golf. El Portil has a selection of shops, supermarkets and cafes and beach bars. El Rompido has much to offer with a pretty fishing village, tapas bars and good quality restaurants that open all year round. These restaurants are popular with locals from Huelva and its surrounding residential villages during weekends in the autumn, winter and spring. El Rompido golf course and resort is just off the main road to Cartaya and further along this road a Karting track which is open year round and a water park that is open July and August. There is a good new supermarket in the new commercial centre by the lighthouse. Other excellent golf courses are accessible along this stretch of coast and over the bridge at Ayamonte into Portugal.

Local Information: Nuevo Portil is central between the city of Seville and Faro Airport in Portugal. The beaches are particularly stunning on this stretch of the coast and there are many quality restaurants along the beach front with spectacular views. El Portil a 10 minute walk or short drive has many supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Surrounding Area: A 5 minute drive is El Rompido, a traditional Spanish coastal village with new marina, Golf Course and Resort. Here you can also find an adult and children's Karting track which is open all year and a water park.

General Information: The beautiful city of Seville is only an hour’s drive along the quiet motorway as well as the National Park of Donana. Other resorts of Islantilla, La Antilla and Isla Cristina are all within 30 minutes drive. The bustling town of Ayamonte is also within 45 mins drive and is situated on the border with Portugal on the River Guardiana, a ferry runs frequently to and from the town of Vila Real San Antonio in Portugal. Day long cruises operate from Ayamonte up stream on the River Guardiana traveling along the Spanish Portuguese border.

Golf: The courses here on the Atlantic Coast of Spain are relatively quiet and of excellent quality. Local golf courses include Islantilla, Isla Canela (Ayamonte),Nuevo Portil, El Rompido and Bellavista (further along the coast towards Huelva) Quinta Da Ria and Castro Marim in Portugal.
