Beautifully decorated & well equipped house with hot & cold air conditioning and satellite TV with 8 English channels. The kitchen boasts all mod cons including a dish washer & washing machine. All three bedrooms are furnished with king size beds which can be converted into twin beds. Stair gates, cot & high chair are provided & thus the house can comfortably accommodate families with young children. Unlike the majority of other townhouses where the top bedroom is an open mezzanine, the top floor of 'Casa Maroc' has been converted to ensure privacy. Underground parking is provided. Set in beautiful communal gardens with communal swimming pool, it also has the benefit of its own private patio garden & 2 terraces which overlook the gardens & the golf course on which it is situated. Two other top class golf courses also just 10 mins away. The facilities of the golf hotel, clubhouse & Playa Cartaya Hotel beauty spa are also only a few mins walk away as are miles of golden beach.

Golf: There are currently 7 golf courses in the Huelva region and a further 9 in the pipeline. There are a great selection of golf courses on the Costa de la Luz, from Isla Canela and Islantilla in the west and Monte Castillo and Costa Ballena in the east as well as Club de Golf Nuevo Portil on which the property is situated and El Rompido. Apart from the courses being of great quality, the low prices and few people make a round of golf on the Costa de la Luz so much more enjoyable!

Other Activities: A water park, and go karting are nearby, and the area boasts many cycling paths and numerous excellent tapas bars and restaurants

We have been to this lovely house for our Summer holidays two years in a row, and intend to return again this year. We go with my toddler and my parents, and there is something for everyone.

The house is beautifully decorated and contains everything you need and more. It really is a home from home.

The house, garden and beautiful beaches nearby are perfect for families with young children, as it is so safe and well equipped.

A perfect family holiday getaway.

The house is clean, well maintained and fully equipped. The complex is quiet and the house is in a good location with the patio overlooking the pool. There is a small area just outside the patio where children can play ball etc. The pool area is clean with some shaded areas and is well supervised. It is only accessed by one gate at the opposite end of the pool to the house. We parked on the road outside easily eveyday.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance to eat in the evening but people rarely sit down to eat before 9. There is also a great ice cream palour nearby.We loved the chiringitos on the nearby beachs for lunch and it is worth the short drive to the ones slightly further afield, out of town. There is a great supermarket about 15mins drive away and a mini market within 10 mins walk.
A car is necessary to get around. Seville is definitely good for a day out especially the horse and carriage ride which is quite reasonable if 2 families together and quite memorable. Ayamonte is worth a trip and you can take a ferry from there over the river to Portugal. There are some shops and cafes on the other side.
The booking procedure was good and emails answered promptly. It was good having a contact whilst you were there who lived locally who visited us the morning after our arrival to give us local info. She also arranged for us to be able to stay until the afternoon on our departure day so we could go straight to the airport. We arranged for some shopping to be there when we arrived as it would be very late.
We certainly intend to visit again and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. It gives a taste of the real Spain but with all the mod cons required for a family holiday including 2 boys aged 8 and 11 who can't wait to go back.
