This brand new townhouse on the exclusive Nuevo Portil Golf Course is set within a pine forest and walking distance to an amazing beach. The house is set in a small community with only 41 houses. Within the grounds you can enjoy beautiful landscaped gardens and a large communal pool. You also have the use of a paddle tennis court in the development next door. This modern house is very clean and immaculate and is set over 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With air conditioning and heating system in all rooms. On the ground floor the house has a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom and a lounge/dining room opening out onto a private garden. On the second floor the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom opens onto a fabulous sunbathing patio with views over the pool, golf and pine forest. Also on the second floor is a twin bedroom and shower room. On the third floor is a spacious loft style bedroom with 2 single beds and a large balcony. This balcony has another seating area.

The house on Nuevo Portil Golf course is set in a pine forest. Restaurants, bars, local shops and chemists are all within walking distance from the house. The golden sand beach is only a ten minutes walk away. It is a large beach of natural beauty with lots of facilities. With the Flecha del Rompido sand dune running parallel to the beach you have amazing views, fantastic water sports and a wonderful decking walkway. The traditional fishing village El Rompido as well as 2 other golf courses are only 5 minutes drive away. There is also a Go Karting Track and a Water Park close by. The major town Huelva is only 10 minutes drive with lots of culture but also various shopping centres. In Cartaya (10 minutes drive) is the large 'Carrefour' hypermarket. The historical city Sevilla is an hours drive. You are 30 minutes away from the Portuguese Algarve with plenty of touristic hotspots.

Golf: The entire area is a golfers paradise with numerous courses within easy reach of the house. Both in Spain and just across the border in Portugal the choice of courses is virtually endless.

Travel: The area is well served by airports. Select from Faro in Portugal (1hr and 10 min) or Seville (50 min) or Jerez in Spain (2 hrs) From Faro and Seville Airport there is a Transfer Service to Nuevo Portil. The company - Transfers Playas de Huelva - is located at their 'Meeting Point' at the Airport. You can book tickets online or at the 'Meeting Point' at the airport. It is an excellent and reliable service.

Welcome pack with free area guide. On arrival you will find in the townhouse a welcome pack with 'free area guide' with all the information about the area.

Golf: The owners live in the area and will meet you on arrival and are on hand to help with any questions you have. The owners understand what their clients are looking for in their holiday home.

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is ideal for families. It has everything you need, very comfortable from top to bottom and spotlessly clean. The Costa de la Luz is beautiful - we will be back!

We have rented before and of course you are always worried what the property will be like when you arrive vs the pictures on the web. This one does not disappoint. A very new and clean house. In a small luxury development with gardens and huge pool. We had local information presented as we arrived and the owners certainly know the area. With its own garden and two large terraces we soaked up the sun and the kids loved the pool. One disappointment was that we only stayed 10 days - we rebooked for Easter as we left. A great property'

Amazing beaches

The Costa de la Luz really is hidden Spain. We loved every minute of our holiday and via the web found this ideal house. It was immaculate and a short 8 minute walk to the beach and with its own pool area and gardens. The beaches are simply amazing - and if you are looking for real Spain in a wonderful home - look no further. Thanks Marleen - you helped us so much especially with the foot injury!
