The villa is beautifully presented, boasting three double bedrooms and two fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. It also has the advantage of two lounges (one with a fireplace) which means the accommodation is very versatile. Fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, grill, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate linen room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The property also has 2 large sun terraces which lead onto a private garden. There is a large, attractive swimming pool within the communal garden. The property is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Club House, it is here you will find a stylish restaurant with views over the golf course and the Mediterranean. The restaurant and bar has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and it is here that you can enjoy the gastronomic repertoire that ranges from the subtle flavours of the Mediterranean to the classics of International cuisine.

Situated on one of the finest golf courses in Spain, Bonmont was built to enhance and reflect its glorious surroundings. However, you do not need to be an avid golfer to enjoy this area, there is so much more to explore. Less than 3 kilometres away are the stunning beaches of Miami Platja, there is a courtesy chauffeur car which will take you to the Bonmont Beach Club, here you will be supplied with sunbeds, towels and parasols. (Available July/August). A short drive inland will take you to the many picturesque Spanish villages and beautiful open countryside. Further along the coast is the Delta Ebro, a large marshland area home to many migrating birds, including flamingos; it is here that you may wish to try your hand at cat-fishing. Tarragona and Reus are a short drive away it is in these towns that you will find an abundance of historical interests. Miami Platja is still very unspoilt and un-commercialised, however, it boasts a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Price includes electric and water.
    Included in these prices are fresh clean linen prior to your arrival and a change over after one week. Additional maid service can be arranged in advance at an additional cost. (A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required). A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. .
  • A security deposit of 250 Euros is required. This is fully refundable provided there are no breakages and the villa is left in the condition it was found and the keys are safely returned to security.
  • There is a surcharge of 15 Euros per person per night if there are more than 6 people staying.

Golf: The villa is situated on the championship course Bonmont Terres Noves, however, should you wish to try out other courses there are is a wide variety to choose from. Within a 40 minute drive there is the picturesque couse Panoramica, there are 2 new courses open at Port Aventura (a 20 minute drive) and there is the famous Costa Dorada Golf Course a mere 30 kilometres away. Here at Bonmont there is also a pitch and putt course, a practise range and coaching lessons are available upon request .

Other Activities: kite surfing, gym, canoeing,cat fishing, sauna, steam room , spa, pitch & putt etc.
