This beautiful villa, situated on the 11th fairway of the Nuevo Portil golf course, is the perfect venue for a family or golf holiday or a combination of both. A safe, gorgeous sandy beach is within easy walking distance and several other spectacular beaches are only a short drive away. The villa, with its cool, marble floors is luxuriously furnished. The living room is large and bright. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom is upstairs and has its own terrace overlooking the golf course. The three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs, together with the fully-fitted kitchen, making the house suitable for those who require downstairs accommodation. One twin bedroom with en suite has its own front door, making a self-contained unit. The swimming pool (with cover)and mature, colourful garden, together with the huge courtyard make the ideal location for summer outdoor living. BBQ and loungers are provided. The house is fenced in with lockable gates for security.

The villa is situated within Nuevo Portil Campo de Golf, where there is a Golf Club with excellent restaurant, the Cartaya Playa Hotel is open during the summer months and offers spa facilities. El Rompido Marina and golf course are only 5 minutes drive away. Nearby is a Karting track and Water Park. The stunning El Portil and Nuevo Portil beaches are within walking distance and feature several sea front restaurants. El Portil village has shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc whilst El Rompido is a pretty fishing village providing a number of good bars and restaurants, including a Golfers' Bar. There are several other golf courses within easy driving distance and our local representative will be able to provide a special 'package' for golfers. Huelva and Sevilla are within easy driving distance as is Portugal.

Balance due at least 6 weeks before departure. £250 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance. Saturday is the preferred day of arrival but please contact owner if this is a problem.

Hire car rates: Cars can be hired easily on line and I recommend that you 'surf' to find the best deal for you. A car is necessary to make the holiday enjoyable. Faro and Seville airports are the best for the villa. A hire car can be collected and returned at the end of the holiday. The villa is located approximately one hour and fifteen minutes' drive from either airport. Again, 'surf' the net for the best deals for flights. I prefer Faro airport as it is smaller and the drive from the airport to the villa is easier, but my son had no troubles with the Seville route. I think that it is a matter of choice.

Flights: There are loads of special offers at the moment, particularly with the smaller companies, such as Ryanair and Easyjet. Why not take advantage of these for a holiday in the sun during the winter months. The villa is large enough for 8. Why not treat the family? Contact me. I can always negotiate prices!

Golf: The villa occupies a beautiful location, overlooking the 11th fairway of the Nuevo Portil Campo de Golf. El Rompido Golf Course is only 5 minutes' drive away. The courses here on the Atlantic Coast of Spain are relatively quiet and of excellent quality. We can offer discounted golf rates on most of the courses in Huelva Province and Portuguese Algarve. Local golf courses include Islantilla, Isla Canela (Ayamonte), Nuevo Portil, El Rompido and Bellavista, Quinta Da Ria and Castro Marim in Portugal.

The perfect place to stay

What a beautiful villa, the pictures on hear are good but not as good as the real thing, we had a lovely time. Everything we could possibly need was there. I cooked a meal for 13 people in that kitchen with no problem at all, and more than enough space for my little helpers. Our girls loved the garden and we loved having the secure gates to keep them safe. Lots of space for everyone, even lots of space for your cloths.
We have been to the beech area many times before (which is beautiful) but we had no idea of how many little shops and cafe bars there are behind the scenes, we had many a “cafe con leche” and lots of very nice tapas, all with in 10 minute walk.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet, first class accommodation with all the things you need to hand whilst being with in easy reach towns and cities, you’ve just found the perfect place.

We had an amazing holiday; the villa is fantastic! The place felt very spacious (even with 6 adults staying) and is excellently presented and appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing week away. We thoroughly enjoyed the long lazy days by the pool and evenings spent BBQ-ing with a few glasses of wine in the courtyard! Lovely tranquil location, but still very close to the beach and local town (5-10 mins walk). The local area is not typically "touristy" and we found some wonderful local tapas bars and places for lunch, great to experience a taste of the real Spain! We would certainly recommend Casa Jacaranda to anyone wanting to "get awy from it all" whilst having all the conveniences of home..perfect for families and groups of friends alike!

Spring holiday at Casa Jacaranda

I stayed at Casa Jacaranda for one week in May 2009, with my family. We were 3 adults and 3 children. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was more than spacious and very luxuriously furnished. It is much more spacious than the photos on the website show. The poolbeds were fantastic and the pool was very nice and clean. It was the top of the holiday for the kids. The bedrooms were big with comfortable beds. It was nice that bedlinen and towels were provided and that our beds were made when we came. The weather was nice so that we can only say that we had a fantastic holiday and that we really cam to rest in that week. We will recomment this villa to our friends and family.

The villa is beautiful and spacious and the tranquility of the golf course is very restful. There was plenty of room for 7 adults to live in and to relax inside and out. The pool was so welcoming that we never even went to the beach. Definitely the house for a relaxing holiday. It is definitely one of the nicer houses in the area.
