Our spacious modern villa, overlooking the 11th fairway on the Nuevo Portil golf course offers a relaxing holiday for families and golfers. The villa is light and airy and offers three large twin bedded bedrooms downstairs, one en-suite. Upstairs is the en-suite master bedroom. This has its own terrace overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is modern and has all modern appliances, including dish-washer and washing machine. The large lounge/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD music centre. Outside there is a large enclosed courtyard ideal for outdoor living. Teak table and chairs for 8 are provided as also BBQ and loungers. Nearby are stunning beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is situated on the Nuevo Portil Campo de Golf. There are several other golf courses within a short driving distance. At El Portil and Nuevo Portil you will find shops, restaurants and bars. There is a large Carrefour Supermarket about a 10mins drive away.

El Portil and Neuvo Portil have truly the most stunning beaches. Pine trees and sand dunes surround the whole area. Along the coast road there are a number of restaurant overlooking these beaches. At Nuevo Portil Eds Surf Bar offer all manner of water sports plus the owners are English speaking. El Rompido which is situated about a 5 minuet drive along the coast is a pretty fishing village,offering a selection of beach side restaurants, tapas bars, these are open all year round. El Rompido als has a golf course and further along the road is a Karting track and a water park. these are open July and August. A new Carrefour Superstore has been opened at Cartaya. The villa is situated on the Nuevo Portil Campo De Golf. Here you will find the Cartaya Playa Hotel which has Spa facilities. The Golf Club has a very good restaurant and Bar. There are a number of other golf courses in the surrounding area, including Islantilla, Isla Canela, El Rompido, and Bellavista.

The surrounding area is full of delightful villages to explore again with typical Spanish restaurants. The beautiful city of Seville is an easy drive away, it take about an hour and a half.Ayamonte in the other direction is a buzzing fishing port, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. This town is last one in Spain before you cross the border into Portugal. Just across the border there are another two golf courses Why not escape the winter by relaxing or playing golf in this beautiful location. Book now and enjoy a few weeks ata reduced rate of 450 pounds per week or spend the winter months on a long term let. £800 per onth from 1st November through to end of March 2007. This rate is exclsive of bills. The villa has full central heating
