On a hill Rocas Blancas offers an extraordinary view: a balcony over the sea, long sandy beaches, a garden of remarkable beauty and on the background the Catalan Coast. Close to Barcelona and other villages with architectural and monumental value. This estate is 17.000 m2. On the ground floor of the main house there is a large dining room, a daily dining room and a living room with TV, CD, video, internet access, and sofas, and a large terrace accessible from all the rooms. On the same floor there is a toilet and a large kitchen full equipped. On the 1st floor there are 5 double rooms each one with ensuite bathroom with bath, and a twin room. All rooms with terrace. The villa and its garden, which include the 20x8 mts pool and a racquetball field, are located on a hill 50 mts to the beach. The property is 40 minutes drive from Barcelona’s downtown, between the villages of Sant Pol and Canet de Mar. For Larger Parties we provide the Pool House, with 2 extra suites, kitchen and Lounge
