Located an easy 10 minute drive from Sitges or only 30 minutes from the heart of Barcelona this is a country house of the highest standard. It would be difficult to overstate the quality of this house for comfort and grandeur. It retains an easy living and relaxed feel while providing every level of comfort. The house offers 700sq metres of accommodation and is set in 3450sq metres of private grounds. Designed and built for a by-gone age but actually only completed end-March 2006 with all the latest and desirable quality furnishings, fixture and fittings. Stunning views over the surrounding heavily wooded countryside and with Montserrat easily visible on clear days. 4 double & 1 twin-bedded bedrooms all good size in the main house. Also a double sofa-bed in top-floor lounge. Plus self-contained 42 sq mtr double bed accommodation in the separate cottage. Plus staff quarters with own shower & toilet. Plus self-contained staff double bedroom with private shower room.

Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary or any other special occasion can be catered including formal dinner parties. Especially Spanish and Pacific Rim influenced cuisine. The house and grounds allow for ctareing for up to 150 guests in comfort.
    Daily maid service also available.
    Private cooking lessons also available with award winning chef - from beginner to advanced. Speciality in Asuian and fusion cooking.
    The house is also suitable for the hosting of workshop and off-site brainstorming and board level meetings which can be catered for. AV equipment can be hired.
  • We can advise on possible trips and destinations to visit from the house and in the surrounding areas. The house is situated close to the Garraf National park and also in the heart of the penedes wine country, where 95percent of cava is produced! and the home of Torres - the world's largest quality wine producer. Arrange a tour of the producers and sample the superb range of wines of this region.

Re-create country house living with comfort and ease. Outdoor pool comes with plexi-glass full height cover to allow indoor or outdoor bathing. There is a separate double bedded wooden casita with its own full ensuite bath/shower room and cooking facilities and garden area. With separate a/c. This means the property offers 6 excellent sized bedrooms to sleep 12 in comfort. By deploying the sofa-bed (double bed size) in the upper lounge then a further 2 people can be accommodated. And use of the maid´s bedroom adds a further 1 to 2 sleeping places. 16 in total. A sofa-bed (in air conditioned room) is also available. this is suitable for 2 more people to increase flexibility to 14 people sleeping. Maid or servat quarters also available.

Our background: We came to Sitges in 1999 and since this time have built up an enviable reputation supplying hotel and apartment rentals. Casa Verde is a new departure for us and represents the height of holiday accommodation for a family or friends group. It can be used for celebrating that special event with us able to supply award winning catering and staff to match!

A great stay and the photos don't do justice to the house, garden and pool.
Thank you for making our wedding celebration so special. the catering was first class and the organisation of everything else : music, lighting, transport (especially the Rolls) and breakfast the next day without notice was faultless. You can tell that you really care that your guests enjoy their stay here.
