This spacious house (220 m2) with a total of 4 bedrooms + 2 sofa/beds for 2 people each, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, large garden with beautiful barbecue and private parking for 4 cars is located at Novellana, the Council of Cudillero. The house is on two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, living/dinning room, one bedroom, one bathroom and garage and a sitting area outside. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its quiet location offers a private site to relax and enjoy being at the same time within a short drive away near of wide range of shops and restaurants. There are also numerous sandy beaches around. Cudillero is a coastal district, has a mild temperate climate, and a relatively even orography with many wooded areas. Special area to enjoy mountains and beaches. The area also offers you a wide range of cultural and gastronomical places to enjoy your vacations. Very well located to visit.
