Lovely detached Luxury Spanish style Villa with private pool. The villa can accommodate 2 families with ease as there are two bedrooms and a bathroom/shower room on each floor... although the prices quoted are for the whole villa. Our villa is set in a very desirable location with mountain views, near to Blue Flag Beaches, a charming fishing village, and short drive to Port Aventura Theme Park in Salou (one of the largest in Europe), Golf Courses, Fishing (especially cat/carp) and water sports on the magnificent River Ebre which meanders up from the coast inland surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and historic castles. Make your own choice, a lovely quiet relaxing holiday away from the usual Costa Crowds in real Spain or a fun-packed sporty holiday.

Wonderfully relaxing place. Everything that a family would need to make it there base of vacation operations. The house and pool were in perfect condition when we got there.

You pretty much have to have a car, but there are lovely beaches a few kms away.

The owner was a delight to work with and was very flexible and fair. The caretakers are fabulous and will make sure you are happy.

The area is lovely with some gorgeous beaches nearby. The villa was lovely and clean with a lovely welcome pack awaiting us. The only disappointment was the air conditioning. It stated in the property description that the property had air conditioning, unfortunately, it was portable units which did not work. This did not ruin the holiday though, as the pool was just wonderful if you got hot! You definitely need the use of a car in this area.

A lovely villa in a great location for visiting beaches, towns and the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed day trips to Tarragona, Tortosa, Reus and Montblanc and the Monestir de Poblet, all within an hour of the house. There are several beautiful beach coves just a few minutes drive from the villa and pretty costal paths between them. We received a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival, including wine, and our stay was made very comfortable by the thought put in by our hosts to providing everything we needed. There is a super pool, a ping pong table (which provided hours of entertainment for our kids) and plenty of space for 8. The wood burner was lovely for the cooler evenings (we visited in April). The fishing village of L'Ametlla del Mar is only a few minutes away for food shopping (although the local supermarket in Les Trois Calles was very useful) and restaurants and everywhere else was very easily accessible on the N340 or A70. A car is essential.

Holiday for 8 at Villa Jodimar

The villa is exactly as described, it was clean and well-maintained.
The owner provided excellent good customer service both at home an whilst we were there.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for families as a base for trips to Portaventura as its only 30 mins away.
