This beautiful Spanish style villa with private swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing family holiday or an active outdoor vacation. It is situated in a quiet residential estate with views of the mountains and only five minutes from several beautiful beaches. The fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar is a few minutes drive away and the Universal Studios theme park in Salou is less than 30 minutes away. This area is ideal for outdoor pursuits with several golf courses close by, plenty of great fishing spots, water sports and spectacular hiking along the often-rugged coastline. Alternatively, you can relax in the private garden of the villa and enjoy your own swimming pool, built in brick barbecue and the roof terrace for sun bathing. The villa has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and is equipped to a very high standard.

Las Tres Calas is a peaceful residential development with three lovely beaches. There are two bars, a restaurant, supermarket and bakery located at the entrance to the estate, approximately 3 minutes drive from the villa. The fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar which is approximately 4 km away, has a train station and a variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The fishing boats return in the late afternoon and you can sit in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants and watch as they unload their catch. The 16km coastline of L'Ametlla is some of the most beautiful and unspoilt on the Mediterranean. There are many beaches, creeks and coves, some stony and others with fine white sand, surrounded with typically Mediterranean vegetation.

Things to do in the Surrounding Area: : Barcelona, a renowned city of culture, is only 1.5 hours away by road or two hours by train, and is a truly wonderful city to visit. Universal Studios Port Aventura, considered to the best theme park in Spain, and the Costa Caribe Water Park, are situated at Salou, a lively tourist resort approximately 25 minutes by car. The historic city of Tarragona, with its ancient Roman buildings and amphitheatre is 30 minutes drive. Towards the South is the Ebro Delta Natural Park, and there are some wonderful drives along the River Ebro as it meanders inland amidst some beautiful scenery.

Travel Details:: Both Reus and Barcelona Airports are convenient to the villa, both of which are well served by low cost carriers. Ryan Air fly into Reus, whilst Easy Jet have a frequent service to Barcelona. Reus (25km) is only a 30 minute drive from the villa, while Barcelona is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Car hire from both airports is easily obtainable online.
