Close to lovely beaches and only 25 minutes from the Port Adventura theme park, this beautiful villa is ideal for two families wishing to holiday together and has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped to a very high standard to provide everything needed for a relaxed and carefree holiday.

The villa is situated on the sought after urbanization of Tres Calas which is set against a backdrop of wonderful mountain views and has its own three beaches. At the entrance to the estate you will find a supermarket, bakery, two bars and a restaurant. The typical Spanish fishing town of L’Ametlla de Mar is approximately 4km away and has a train station and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The fishing boats return late afternoon and you can sit at one of the many bars and restaurants in the harbour area and watch as they unload their catch. This is a quiet unspoilt area of the Costa Dorada with no high rise buildings and some of the most beautiful, undeveloped coastline on the Mediterranean.

Notes: There are two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, one with its own bathroom and access to the roof sun terrace with spectacular mountain views and the other with a very spacious en-suite shower room. There is a further bathroom shared between the two twin-bedded rooms and all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Facilities include satellite television with BBC and ITV channels, stereo system, DVD player, electronic safe, ironing board, iron and hairdryers. Outside the large garden has plenty of patio area for sunbathing, comfortable sun beds, a built-in bar style barbecue, outside lighting, table and chairs for alfresco dinning and off-road parking for two cars. A travel cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement.

Nearby Places of Interest: Barcelona, the European city of culture, is only 1.5 hours away by road or two hours by train, and is a truly fascinating city to visit. Universal Studios Port Aventura, considered to be the best theme park in Spain, and the Costa Caribbe Water Park are situated at Salou, a lively tourist resort approximately 25 minutes by car. The historic city of Reus and the ancient city of Tarragona with its Roman buildings and amphitheatre are 30 minutes drive away. Towards the South is the Ebro Delta Natural Park, famous for its pink flamingo’s and monstrous catfish. This is a haven for fishermen and fishing is permitted along the public areas of the River Ebro, although a fishing licence must be purchased from the local village town hall. For golfers, the Golf Club de Bonmont, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and considered to be one of the finest golf courses in Catalonia, is at Mont-Roig del Camp, Tarragona.

Travel Details: Both Reus and Barcelona Airports are convenient for the villa, both of which are well served by the low cost airlines. Ryan Air fly into Reus, whilst Easy Jet have a frequent service to Barcelona. Reus (39km) is only a 30 minute drive from the villa, whilst Barcelona is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Car hire from both airports is easily obtainable online.

'Will most definitely recommend your beautiful Villa to our friends and colleagues. My husband and I have travelled extensively and we could not find a single thing that we could fault at your Villa. Absolutely brilliant. The only thing we all agreed was a mistake was booking for 2 weeks - we should have booked for 3.' We've had a very relaxing stay. Thank you. Villa had everything we needed, including a log fire for the cold evenings. It was well situated for sight seeing and provided lots of information about what to see and where to go. There was plenty of room in the villa for 7 adults; it was very clean and included a very well kept private garden and pool. L'Amettla del Mar was a pretty little village with lovely sea walks.
Only disappointment was the Tres Calas estate which looked run down at this time of the year

We had a lovely time in this villa. The villa is well equipt with all you could need for your stay. The pool was a bit cold though. You need a car to fully appreciate this area.
