Large recently built luxury villa with enormous (15 metre long) private pool set in over 4,500 square metres of enclosed gardens in the exclusive, tranquil residential area of Sant Jordi d'Alfama on the Costa Dorada. This area of Spain is largely undiscovered and unspoilt by mass tourism. Casa Case has been delightfully furnished and well equipped to provide spacious accommodation for up to 14 people (plus 1 baby in cot and 4 additional folding beds) in comfort. The unique layout of our villa makes it particularly suitable for groups of adults as there are four guest suites (consisting of a double-bedroom, en suite wet room and lounge) and the master suite has it’s own balcony thus providing private space if required.

Notes to the rental rates

• The prices above are based on a maximum of 14 people plus 1 baby in the travel cot. We have 4 additional folding single beds available for £50 per bed per week (inclusive of bed linen and towels for indoor use).
  Smaller parties - prices from £500 per week - please enquire for further details.
  
• The price includes: bed linen (beds will be made up ready for your arrival), towels (for indoor use), travel cot and highchair (on request at no extra charge), weekly cleaning, pool and garden maintenance (one or two visits during the week), gas, electricity and water.
  Casa Case is personally managed by the owners who live a short distance away and are available to answer queries, assist with any problems, etc. We can also get shopping for you if you are arriving late.
  
• Payment in £ GBP or € Euros. On booking 20% of the total rent will be required. The balance of the rent must be paid at least one calendar month prior to the booking date. There is a discount of 5% for second and subsequent weeks. A damage/security deposit of £300 or € 400 will be payable on arrival. This will be refunded on your departure providing everything is OK. For rentals longer than one week, the villa will be cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly.
