Lovely Villa 15 minutes from Seville
Located in Spain near the city of Seville near the village of Espartinas, the property has a private pool set in 800 sq metres of mature gardens surrounded by a hedge for privacy. The city is lovely with innumerable reminders of its 500 year occupation by the Moors. Orange tree lined streets lead on to hidden squares. Seville enjoys a very warm climate and is one of the warmest spots in Spain.

| Notes: | Although the chalet is all on one level there are 2 steps into the villa and also to get out into the garden. Thus making wheelchair access without help a bit difficult. |
Further details for the villa in Seville Province, Spain
There are three small towns within a 5 minute drive which have bars, restaurants and supermarkets with the major hypermarkets in Camas and Tomares within 10 minute drive away. There is a regular bus service into Seville from outside the organisation which takes about 30 min and costs about 35 pence. In Seville there is a water theme park called Isla Magica. The nearest airport is Seville and the villa is about 25 minutes from the airport. Other airports are Faro and Malaga both 2.5 hours drive from the villa and Jerez which is about and 1.5 hours away. We have a full time caretaker who looks after the pool and garden and is available to the guests for any problems or advise. There are 3 professional golf courses with the vicinity of Seville.
Ryanair flies to Seville or Jerez de la frontera. From March 2007 there are 2 flights a day. Iberia also flies to Seville. The villa is a 2.5 hour drive from Malaga airport.
