Villa Palma is a beautiful new six bedroom villa only 15 minutes drive from the lovely seaside resort of Sitges, 40 mins drive from Barcelona, 50 mis from Universal Studios theme park and close to many secluded beaches. Take a winding road through vineyards and stunning mountain scenery and you reach the villa surrounded by forest in a beautiful secluded location. The villa has 6 double bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounge-dining rooms, 4 bathrooms, a private pool and large grounds. Outside there are 2 terrace areas with 2 separate dining areas. Other features such as PC with free internet connection, DVD film library and 2 TVs with satellite make it a great place to chill out and relax. The villa is perfect for larger groups that want somewhere private and secluded. Car hire is highly recommended due to the location. All amenities including excellent restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and shops are only 5-15 minutes away by car

The villa is located in the middle of a beautifully secluded forest location half way up a mountain. The surrounding is quite sheltered and so does not get windy but does not have views. All amenities are a short drive away but due to the winding mountain roads you cannot walk to shops etc.

Not well maintained property

I was disappointed that the property did not look like the pictures on the Holiday rental website. The property has not been kept well at all. The swimming pool was not cleaned and was not cleaned until almost the very last day we were staying there. The view in some directions was ok but in others especially were the swimming pool was there was construction work going on. Also alot of the time you could hear dogs barking, therefore would not recommend it for a relaxing holiday. The dvd player was not working so approached the house keeper who advised us to buy a replacememt ourselves. Was not impressed by this service. The dvd player was one of the many reasons we picked this property. Especially needed for occupying the children on a not so sunny day.
Dispite the above complaints the property was very spacious.
