Descriptions of the farmhouse:
Ca l' Andreu is a second house for us ( a Catalan family with three daughters). We say that this house is a retreat of the world in deep contact with the nature. We love it. The house is situated in the south side with full day sun and shield from the wind. The interior of the house is situated on two floors. Three double bedrooms and one four bedroom (for children). Three bathrooms, one situated on the lower floor, the rest on the first floor. One of them with jacuzzi. The farmhouse kitchen is well equipped with oven, cooker, fridge-freezer and cooking implements.
There are two lounges. One with stereo with CD player and piano. Both with beautiful views of the valley. There is a terrace and garden where you can observe the birds passing and drinking the water of the swimming-pool.
The entrance of the farmhouse is a big wood-door and around the 1000 m2 of garden with frutal trees, sequoia and black pines, there is a stone wall that provides a comfortable privacy
Is a must in winter (ski), spring, summer & autumn:
It is a must for visiting Catalonia and to have a huge view of the landscape and old culture of this area (history, art, gourmet, sport..). The situation permits to have an extra travel of the visitors of the city of Barcelona. It is worth visiting the cathars area, Montsegur, Foix, Carcassonne... .If you want to travel a little more you can visit the art places of fauvism and surrealim':Ceret, Colliure, Cadaqués, Figueras (Museu Dalí), in rthe Costa Brava North.

We rent Ca l'Andreu in Holidays-Rentals from 2.005. All our guest enjoyed the house and the sorrundings. The owner is an artist and has an extra studio room. If the renter is an artist and would like to paint or create - do not hesitate to say because with pleasure it would be open (normally the studio is closed).
All the house is plenty of art pieces.
Also, in one of the living room there is a CD player and a piano.
Ski:
The house has a privilege position for going to ski in the valley of cerdanya. From the house you see in front the Tossa mountain that have to ski resorts: Massella and La Molina. Half and hour driving.
Also you have Andorra from 45 min/1 hour driving to several ski resorts. The closest one is Pas de la Casa/Grau Roig and Soldeu.
And also all the French ski resorts in Cerdanya: Font Romeu, Eyne, San Pere dels Forcats, Formigueres, Puigmal, etc in 45 min-1 hour driving.
Have a nice skiing and 'apres ski' in our fireplace with a Spanish wine!
Golf:
The nearest golf resorts (20 min by car) are Golf de Puigcerdà and Golf de Fontanals (18 holes), with all the services (restaurants, tennis, paddle, swimming pool). 45 min. direction Andorra Golf Aravell, designed by Olazabal. Golf of Font-Romeu: 45 minutes direction France. Please contact for more information.
