This newly built, luxury village home, is situated in a beautiful village which is approximately 15 minutes drive to Granada City Centre and 20 minutes drive to the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. The village of Pinos Genil has bars, and traditional restaurants, a bank and a supermarket and has many scenic walks along the river with many nearby activities including horse riding, hiking, skiing, paragliding and golf - not to mention the shopping and vast choice of bars and tapas in Granada. The nearby scenic village of Guerja Sierra is 10 minutes drive away.

The beautiful village of Pinos Genil is situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Granada Airport, 20 minutes drive to the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are numerous bars and restaurants, a supermarket and a bank within walking distance of the property. The nearby village of Guierra Sierra is about 10 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. The city of Granada is a 10 minute taxi or drive away.

There are numerous activities closeby along with historic sites and areas of interest to visit. There are two golf courses nearby, approx 20 mins drive max. Skiing/Snow Boarding: The ski resort is a short drive away. Ski rental equipment is available from the nearby village of Cenes. Details available on request.

Golf: There two very good and new courses within 20 minutes drive - Santa Clara and Granda Golf. Clubs can be rented, pre booking of tee times not usually necessary.

Paragliding/hangliding: Intensive courses available in Cenes and also tandem flights for first timers.
