Dining is an experience. The staff take pride in laying a picture perfect table with fresh flowers. Meals will be served at times determined by you, Alll meals may be discussed with your own chef.
Meals may be provided as follows - 1. An a la carte menu is available. All meals may be discussed with the chef and ordered. 2. Meals may be provided on a set menu basis. On request BB, HB and FB rates can be adviced. 3. On arrival guests may contribute a cash float which is managed by the manager. According to your needs the cook or houseboy will purchase whatever food you require and submit the bills. A manager available and will visit the property on request any time during the day.
