Ski area: There are three ski areas available in Les Diablerets: Isenau 1151 m-2120 m (good for beginners), Meilleret-Villars 1151m-1949m (intermediate and advanced), Glacier 3000 1546m-2970m (intermediate and advanced) Ski School available from the age of 4 upwards, Children's ski area, Cross Country Skiing, Toboggan Run, outdoor skating Rink & Curling. Fun Park (Track prepared for snow tube, snow scoot and snowkart) and snow boarding Lessons. Creche facilities available for children. Glacier 3000 is home to the Glacier 3000 Alpine Coaster, the highest sledge run of the world. The Sledge run is 1km length, there are 54 sledges and each one is tightened/bound to main track. The sledges reach speeds of 40 km/h and have a vertical drop of 100 meters. They start from the restaurant Botta at nearly 3000m. There are 12 curves (one is at 560°), 11 waves, 3 jumps and 2 bridges. 4 curves are close to the edge of a 1000m cliff.

Summer activities: Golf - 18 hole golf course set between LD and Villars. Outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts (coaching available, summer skiing on glacier, Montreux jazz festival nearby, Aqua park nearby children's playground, skateboard park, canoeing, mountain biking (with trails or with guides) - can hire bikes in village, para-penting, horse-riding and lots of nearby lakes to walk to with mountain restaurants. Hiking and climbing. Try the Alpine Coaster. The Alpine Coaster is 1000 metres long, with its 10 turns, including one of 520 degree, its 6 waves, 3 jumps and 2 bridges will give you shivers! An opportunity to admire the wonderful landscapes at 3000 metres as well! No need to book, just go to the cable car departure (Col du Pillon-from 9 am) and simply buy your ticket straight away.

Guest Book: What a lovely, well equipped apartment with stunning views. Easily accessible to the ski slopes. We had a lovely week with some of the best snow we have ever seen - apparently the best snow Les Diablerets has seen in 22 years. We'll be back. We spent a week at the apartment in August - what a great place, the scenery spectacular and the apartment one of the most comfortably we have ever been in.
