A 82m2 chalet sleeping 6, comprising a Living/Dining room with an open fire place and sat TV. Open kitchen with a dishwasher. Three bedrooms that sleep six persons. Two outside balconies that give stunning views of the alps, and a pretty spacious garden. The chalet has a large private parking space and easy access for all forms of transport. Less than 1 Km from the ski lifts that are part of the '4 Valley's with over 400 kms of piste, over 100 lifts and skiing or snowboarding to suit all levels including child snow parks, kindergarten and learners. During the Spring, Summer and Autumn months the Chalet provides a fantastic base to explore the Alps, by beautiful walks, train and bus, or mountain biking (mountain lift access during the summer). Within close proximity to France and Italy.

Haute Nendaz forms part of the magnificent 4 Vallees ski region. The buzzing village has a good choice of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, discos and a sports centre offering tennis, badminton, football and paragliding. There is an ice rink in the winter and outdoor swimming pool in the summer months. Golf is available in Sion and the world famous Golf course in Cran Montana is 40 mins away. A natural health spa 30 mins drive. During summer marked walks and mountain biking along the Bisses, a visit to the capital Sion, a paddle steamer trip on lake Geneva and the Montreux music festival all make it well worth a visit all year round.

Beautiful breath-taking views from the chalet

We had a wonderful holiday at the chalet.It was so warm and cosy with the log fire lite in the evenings, and has memorable views across the valley.Even a garden which the children were pleased about.
The chalet is well equiped and clean and well maintained.
The owners are very helpful when we asked many questions and they replied very quickly.The bank transaction went without problems and the deposit refunded within 10 days of our holiday.
Nendez was charming and the chalet has good access to the lifts.There are many places to eat out but when in the chalet after a day on the slopes we enjoyed eating in.
We would definately go back!!

july 2008 we (4 adult persons) were in Haute Nendaz and we had a very good time: La Clairiere is a good location with a really marvellous view ! From two bedrooms you also have the view. If you enjoy a quiet neighbourhood, eating and reading in the garden ( enough privacy and gardenfurniture, good BBQ and wonderful plants and flowers) and great walking-tours directly from the chalet and in the environment- for example along all the bisses, from Siviez to the Japanese garden and to the glacier Col de Forclaz- La Clairiere is a good place to stay. The chalet was fairly clean, the kitchen (we like preparing diner) is small but almost everything is in stock. We only missed a good vacuum cleaner and we think the chimney needs some service ( smoke in the room when you try to turn on the fire) The owner send us all the right information and also the security was quickly repaid after the rental period.
We certainly want to come back again.
