The small village of Niederried has 300 residents, 578 meters above sea level, enjoys a wind protected southern exposure. The village is slightly removed from the major tourist centers and, therefore, offers relaxation and peace to the quality seeking guest. None the less, adventure and excitement seeking guests cannot find a more ideal place to venture out from, then Interlaken, the world renowned holiday destination, literally lies at Niederried's feet. After a 10 km drive or a 7 minute train ride (15 minutes by bus) you are at the heart of this happening resort town. From Interlaken Ost railway station you transfer by bus or by train to the village Niederried, frequency every hour with connection to all trains to Zürich/Berne, Luzern, Grindelwald. This service is including in the Swiss Pass. The transfer (by our privat shuttle bus) by arriving and departure we offer for CHF 5.00 per person. Travelling time is 10 minutes by car.

Ski:

The Jungfrau Region skiing areas (20 - 25 minutes by car from our resort) cover more than 200 captivating kilometres (125 miles) of superb slopes. Some of the slopes extend to 12 kilometres (7 miles). An extensive network of more than 40 mountain railways, aerial cableways and skilifts speeds you in safety and comfort up to altitudes of nearly 3000 metres. Non-skiers, too, can discover more than 100 kilometres (60 miles) of well-prepared hiking paths.

We offer free transfer to the ski region in Grindelwald.
