This new luxury apartment is only one of 2 in Wengen with an official 5 star rating from the Swiss Tourist Office. With stunning views in all directions it sleeps 2- 4. We provide a quality of comfort not available elsewhere, see previous guests reviews, eg oil paintings, porcelain crockery, top quality towels and bed linen, luxury toiletries and special soaps handmade for the apartment, free firewood, 2 ski/boot lockers in ski shop next to cable car, i pod connector for hi fi. You also get a very special gift to relax you when you arrive.....and to take in the stunning views !!!! There are two double bedrooms, large lounge / diner, shower room with full body shower and bathroom with whirlpool bath for 2 people. There is a 42' TV with British channels and free high speed internet. The large balcony and patio get sun all day and is in a quiet area a few minutes from the station and ski lifts. It is possible to ski within 100m of the apartment.

Notes to the rental rates

• Note - the rates quoted are for 4 people in respective seasons. 2 Additional children can use the sofa bed in lounge on request. Note use of sofa bed is free for children, however if extra adults use the sofa bed there is a supplement of 50chf per night per person. In low season or summer there is flexibility on the rates depending on weather and demand. This is the highest star rated apartment in the area at 5 stars with appropriate quality fittings and decor. The rates are less than hotel rented apartments with fewer facilities. For both summer and skiing season bookings are already coming in so a fast response is advised.

Skiing Information:

Wengen, and Murren the other side of the valley are the home of downhill skiing. There is substantial good skiing set against the beauty of a World Heritage site and some of the most stunning views in the Alps. The Lauberhorn downhill course is renown as the toughest for endurance on the world cup season and is open for public skiing after the race. There is both high level wide pistes and wood lined runs back to the village. The apartment is within a few minutes of the station and cable car up to the main ski area. In addition for non skiers there are other attractions. Everyone should visit the Jungfraujoch - the highest station in Europe at 11,500ft, and the Schilthorn at 10,000ft the revolving restaurant famous from the James Bond film. Bookings for Ski season 07/08 are already coming in fast so quick booking is advised.
