About the property:
The golf course is set in one of the most picturesque parts of Thailand. Its stunningly beautiful vistas include both mountain and sea views. Palm fringed fairways, lush carpeted greens, lakes, exotic flowers and majestic trees complete the picture.
In particular, the large patio doors in four rooms all look out through the trees to the 12th fairway and the Phetchburi mountain range beyond. Living right on the course is serene and peaceful, just the place for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The property retains its Thai atmosphere, with genuine teak and rattan furniture throughout. At the same time, its light-coloured furnishings and walls, spaciousness and large windows give it a bright and airy feel.
In front of the property its terraces overlook the golf course. They are an ideal place to relax and sip drinks as the sun goes down on a balmy Thai evening. In summary, the facilities available in this property include all that is needed for a self-catering holiday – and much more. Apart from a well-appointed kitchen, ample dining room space and comfortable living room furniture, the property includes a range of facilities that distinguish it from what is normally available in rented accommodation.
HUA HIN and its environs:
Hua Hin used to be just a small fishing village, and that legacy is still apparent today. The fishing boats unload their catch on a daily basis much as they have always done. It is no surprise that the town has numerous restaurants specialising in fish dishes cooked in both Thai and international styles.
Hua Hin was the first beach resort in Thailand, made popular in the 1920s when the king built a summer palace here. The king still lives in Hua Hin for much of the year, and the town retains its relaxed old-world charm.
The surrounding countryside remains unspoilt and its exploration is a rewarding experience. Of particular interest are two Nature Parks - rain forests that are home to monkeys, deer, antelopes, elephants, swarms of butterflies, etc. Nature trails offer the opportunity for trekking, bird watching, photography, caving and a study of the area’s ecosystems.
Whether you are a golfer, beachgoer, hiker or naturalist, this is a holiday home you won’t want to leave.
Golf:
This property provides a splendid holiday opportunity for golfers to pursue their sport in the golfing capital of Thailand. Being located right on one of Hua Hin’s major golf courses, and with the town’s other five major courses all being just a short distance away, golfers staying here for a week can play a different high-class course every day.
Golf is cheap in Thailand by world standards, with a round typically costing no more than US$50, even at weekends. A golf cart and caddy cost about US$25, including a tip.
This property is ideal for up to 8 golfers who would like to test their skills on a variety of courses within a single holiday.
