The 1 acre property is located in peaceful beach near Hua-Hin. The villa is decorated in Marine style with high quality furnishings and wooden floor. Main wing has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room and dining room with small kitchen. Living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, Karaoke. Master bedroom has walk-in-closet, twin wash basins, shower and Jacuzzi. Suite wing has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed and upper floor is suitable for kids or group. Third wing has another 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioned, TV and cable. Guests can enjoy non-crowded beach or relax at the infinity swimming pool, bicycling, table-tennis, dart, karaoke, barbecue party and so on. Price is including continental breakfast. American/Asian breakfast and lunch can be ordered from our in-house service. For dinner, we are coordinating with one of the best restaurant in the area. They offer various choices of seafood and Thai.

The oldest and most traditional Thai resort combines the attractions of a modern holiday destination with the charm and fascination of a still active fishing port. And while most other Thai holiday destinations cater mainly to foreign tourists, Hua Hin is a holiday resort for foreigners and Thais. In 1928, King Rama VII built his Klai Kangwon (Far From Worries) Palace which remains until this today an official royal residence. It is still frequently used by members of the royal family and is open to the public for visits. Hua Hin continued to develop in its own leisurely way, both as a aristocratic resort with the added attraction of an 18-hole golf course. Many of Bangkok's rich and famous built their own beachfront summer homes to the north and south along the curving sandy bay, enjoying leisurely family weekends in a resort which has maintained its unique identity. Today's visitor to Hua Hin will still sense this special atmosphere and old world charm.
