This 3-bedroom beachfront house, complete with own pool and bar and first floor terrace, is in a very quiet and undeveloped area of Thailand, approximately 200km South East of the new Bangkok Airport (approximately 2 ½ hour drive) and 40 minutes drive from Trat Airport (35 minutes flight from Bangkok) and the historic town of Chantaburi (home of Thailand’s gemstone industry). The house had wide uninterrupted views of the sea and its own steps leading from the back garden down to the sea, although the best sandy beaches are about 2km away. There is a large lounge, equipped with TV/Hi-Fi etc., three bedrooms with own bathroom and a fourth which is reserved for the owner who regularly visits the house and to help with your holiday plans if required. The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are air conditioned although the sea breeze offers an attractive alternative. The house is within walking distance of a local fishing village and a local food store.

Set in a rural part of Thailand (between Rayong and Chanthaburi) within a short drive of Trat (Koh Chang) Airport. The area is unspoilt by development and is located in a very quiet area. Nearby fisherman can deliver fresh fish to your door. The old French town of Chanthaburi is 40 minutes away.
