The house is part of a small and exclusive six luxury holiday home development (Palm View Apartments) set amongst tropical gardens, large pool, BBQ area and seating (outdoor and undercover) and undercover games area and private car park. The property which has a maid service twice weekly, comes with a modern western style kitchen and is furnished with local contemporary furniture. The property includes two double ensuite bedrooms with king size beds with one of the bedrooms leading onto a furnished balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. The lounge is equipped with DVD player, satellite television and internet. Palm View is ideally located for access to the village of Bophut (described as Koh Samui's most beautiful village)which is located adjacent to a beach. Palm View is also only 5 minutes from local amenities and 6 minutes from Chaweng. There are also numerous recreational & sporting facilities within 10 minutes including the famous Santiburi golf course.

Palm View properties are located close to the village of Bophut which is in the north of the island. The village has retained some of its old fisherman's character and has an excellent array of restaurants and bars that cater for everybody. Tesco's is located within 5 minutes. If you want something more lively, then the town of Chaweng with its huge array of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs is located only 8 minutes drive away. There is also an onsite restaurant and mini supermarket only 100 metre away.

The property is well looked after and had everything you needed. The grounds and pool were lovely and the staff were very friendly informative and attentive. The property was brilliant value and we would definitely come again.

Beautiful house in ideal location

I would recommend this property to anybody wishing to stay in koh samui but who are also wanting some peace and quiet. The house was well located on the north of the island but nowhere was very far away, although a moped or car are essential. The property was extremely well looked after with brilliant staff on hand whenever you needed them, it was spotlessly clean and the grounds and swimming pool were beautifully kept. It was definatley good value for money and would love to stay here again if we return to koh samui.
