Recently completed detached luxury villa situated on an exclusive small compound on the north – west coast of Koh Samui, thirty minutes drive from the international airport. The villa is set in its own tropical garden and beautiful sunsets can be seen from the verandas in the evening time. The villa shares the main swimming pool and children’s pool with the three other compound villas. The villa is a perfect retreat for families as it consists of four double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. A third bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms. There is a separate guest WC available on the ground floor. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a stylish and comfortable interior. The premises are fully equipped with all the latest mod cons including LCD TV, DVD, stereo, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge freezer. Crockery, cutlery and glass wear are also provided. Fresh linen is also readily available, including towels.

Chaweng, Nathon and Lamai all have a variety of shops where local products are available. A large Tesco hypermarket is a twenty minute car drive from the villa, has a large food court, bowling alley and cinema. There is a post office in Nathon. Golf – Santiburi Samui Country Club has a P.G.A. approved golf course with outstanding views. The club is a fifteen minute drive from the villa. Scuba diving, Sailing, Fishing, Go kart racing, Elephant trekking, Island tours, Cinema, Bowling, Snooker. Guide books and leaflets are available. Fabulous fresh seafood restaurants are within a short walking distance. In the nearby villages you can find an array of restaurants. Fast food outlets are also available.
