The Villa is situated in a quiet area in the gentle hills behind Kata Beach. The villa is detached with a massive cut limestone wall and remote controlled gates. There are wonderful views from the sun terrace and infinity pool of the Sunset and Ocean over beautiful Kata Beach.

Damage deposit of 200 US dollars returned to you as you depart the villa.

All service costs, electricity, water, insurance and staff wages are included in the rental. So also is the cost of one transfer to the airport at both the start and finish of the holiday. Baby sitting by experienced staff is available at a small extra charge. Only personal laundry is extra.

FABULOUS BREAKFASTS of your choice with fresh fruit, bacon and eggs and/or freshly baked french bread and croissants are included in the rental. The only extras are the actual cost of food and beverages ordered by you (when purchased from the market - very cheap).

| Notes: | The villa is very secluded behind remote control gates and undercover secure parking is immediately outside the front door. Twin beds can be made into vast double bed. Live-in chef has her own quarters at the rear of the property. She is an excellent baby sitter, we have happily left our 2 and 4 year olds with her. Please arrange to pay direct to her a small fee for baby-sitting. There is a very good diving school nearby with tuition and equipment for hire. Depending on the season, there is either excellent surf on Kata Beach (all types of boards from body to Malibou etc for hire) or the Sea is flat calm and there are jet skis, snorkels and long tail boats for hire. There is also paragliding, waterskiing and wake riding behind big power boats. Try and get to see the Kings Cup Royal sailing week in early December, all the beautiful yachts are moored in Kata bay. |
Private Jacuzzis indoor and outdoor
The Jacuzzi in the private secluded pool is the ideal place for a 'sundowner' with fabulous views of the Ocean and Sunset. The double Jacuzzi in the master bedroom is especially luxurious, especially with the massive fourposter bed to look forward to!
Complete entertainment centre
The large flat screen TV gives a fabulous picture for films and programmes from the UBC satellite channels and the DVD an CD libraries give greta entertainment.

What can I say? Iit was without question one of the best holidays we've been on (and we've been on quite a few!). It was absolutely brilliant! It was perfectly chilled and stress-free. Just what we needed. We have no complaints or suggestions to make it better - we just had such a great time that we didn't want to come back. Golf Information:
Two magnificent Golf courses within twenty five minutes. Loch Palm (where there will be two 18 hole courses in 2006) and Phuket Country Club (which has achallenging 18 hole course and a very tough 9 Hole Lakes course). Six more courses within one hour including the world famous Blue Canyon. Special rates and transport and tee times, caddies arranged.

Our group of 4 hired the villa for a week at the end of a trip to Beijing and Hong Kong so a welcoming, relaxing retreat was what we were looking for and that is exactly what was delivered. Sadly the weather was incredibly bad throughout the duration of the trip but that is in the lap of the Gods. The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent as was the standard of accomodation. I would strongly recommend this villa to anybody contemplating its hire. Thank you to Brian and his staff for providing such a beautiful property to my fiends and I. Emma
