New Villa and large Pool Close to the Beach and amenities

The Villa is set out on one level, with relaxing secure private sun areas front, side and back. The pool is directly onto the rear of the Villa, handy for a cooling dip. The garden is set out with tree`s to give some shade when the sun is at it`s hottest. Note Pattaya is hot all year round. All the furniture is new and European style all set out in a large open plan lounge diner. Getting Around in Pattaya: Most people use the local Baht buses. These are open back 12 setter buses running 24 hours a day, you simply flag one down and jump in. They do a full circuit of the town`s one way system, and you simply press the bell, jump off where you want to go and pay the 10 Bahts (12 Cents) or (15p). Fortunately the Villa is 2 minutes walk from the Buses. Driving is another alternative but not recommended, unless you are feeling lucky, it can be extremely dangerous. Stick to the buses.

The Villa is set in a beautiful grounds, in the Upmarket side of Pattaya. There are new High Class restaurants at the end of the road, with Supermarkets and shops on the Precinct. The 3 mile long beach is a short stroll with restaurants bars and shops all along the promenade. There are many water sports available on the beach or take advantage of the cheap sun lounges with waiter service. Evening entertainment is very close with many bars and eateries. Car is NOT required as the Villa is 2 minutes walk off the Pattaya stop and ride bus circuit you simply jump on go round the town to your destination, ring the bell pay 10 Bahts (15p) (18cents) and get off. They run 24/7. Getting back is the same. The Entertainment in Pattaya doesn't come much better, with thousands of bars, discotheques late night shopping and seafood restaurants. To mention a few. There are also many Island trips just a short boat ride away, with stunning clear water for Diving and snorkeling.
