Our modern spacious apartment is furnished to a high standard & has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. Situated in a quiet location but only 5/10 min away from the main town and beach. There are fabulous views of the smaller (& quieter!) 2nd pool from both balconies (which have extra high safety railings installed for your families safety). All mod cons including: TV/DVD with satellite, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, clothes airer & hairdryer. There is also a washing machine plumbed into the large main bathroom. Air-Con is included in the rental cost, so no hidden extras. The choice is yours to make your holiday your own. Whether to top up your tan by one of the 3 pools, water sporting at one of the 3 very clean beaches, haggling in the many shops/markets or taking a day trip to one of the many local excursions (including a Water Park). Altinkum has a lot to offer.

Altinkum translated means 'Golden Sands' and this you will appreciate when visiting one of the three beautiful beach's which host many water sports, or just enjoy the more relaxed and slower pace of life. Golden Park Apts are situated on the town outskirts of Altinkum, with a 10 min journey into town/beach. A free return bus service runs from the complex several times a day, or you can catch a local Dolmus bus every 5/10 min at the Carrefore supermarket which is a 5 min walk away, this will cost you approx 60p for 2 people. Most restaurants offer a free pick up service from the apartments when you are dining in their restaurant!

Airport Transfers: Transfers from Bodrum or Izmir Airport can be arranged with the resorts management agency. Transfer time from Bodrum Airport to Golden Park Apartments is approx. 1.5 hrs. Transfer time from Izmir Airport to Golden Park Apartments is approx. 2 hrs.

Apartment: All windows are double glazed UVPC and fitted with insect screens. The apartment has instant hot water provided by a boiler and not solar panels. The cooker is duel fuel gas and electric in case of the odd power cut which can happen from time to time. Cots for young children are available to rent from the complex. Large 20 litre bottles of water are available to buy at reception to save you carrying them from the supermarket.

Facilities: The complex of Golden Park has something for everyone. With 3 swimming pools, one of which is the biggest in Altinkum, kids pool, jacuzzi, poolside bar with entertainment on most nights, very large screen TV with sky channels and DVDs available to rent, restaurant with very good food served all day, reception and 24hour security. There is a free mini bus service to the beach and town centre, both of which are only a 15 min walk away, with the nearest supermarket only a 10 min walk. The gardens of the complex are very large and safe for kids to play and with no main roads nearby making it safe for families.

Other Activities: Horse riding, jet ski's, scuba diving, water park, banana boat rides, many excursions to Turkey's historical places

had a great holiday at tracy & tonys apartment .plenty of room everything you need to be self sufficient. you can have it quiet or go to main complex literally a minute away.we went on the five island cruises several times as food good hospitality brilliant left details in appartment .we liked the idea of self catering and everything there for your convenience one bedroom en suite which was very handy ,supermarket a five minute walk away we will be going back next year as we enjoyed it there so much plenty of trips to be had if you want to go further afield also courtesy bus from complex .you will enjoy it give it a go Sandy

My two friends and i stayed in your fabulous apartment from 8th June until 22ndJune,it was superb.Spotlessly clean,very spacious and comfortably furnished and the lovely balcony had a lot of use by us.We had several really nice days on board one of the local boats called the Sunshine,we were picked up and brought home again by the owners,highly recommended.Thank you for such a lovely apartment and also for arranging our transfers.Now that we have found you i'm sure my friends Sandy and Pennie and i will be returning.Can't recommend you highly enough.Many many Thanks.Chris.

My family enjoyed this apartment, complex and surrounding area so much we have returned 3 times! The apartment was very clean and large with all the amenties provided for an excellent self catering holiday. We enjoyed using the main pool and restaurant on the complex but also had the choice of using the pool outside the apartment which wasn't so lively. The free mini bus service provided by the complex was a bonus, taking us to the beach or local water park, which was really good value for money and the kids loved it! The owner was very helpful and even arranged our airport transfers. We would definately recommmend this apartment to our friends.
